Real Estate Transactions

Real estate transactions comprise a significant portion of the firm’s practice.  The attorneys work with clients whose property transactions involve residential houses, cooperative apartments, condominiums, multiple unit dwellings, professional offices, commercial and industrial property and vacant land.  They draft, review and negotiate contracts and attend closings for property sales, and draft, review and negotiate commercial, professional and residential leases and subleases.
