Biography
Dmitriy Bogorodskiy is an associate attorney at KHFG’s International Fraud Practice. Dmitriy received his LL.M. degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University as a JAMS scholar and his first law degree with honors from the Russian Law Academy (J.D. and LL.M. equivalent). Dmitriy has over a decade of experience in international dispute resolution. Prior to joining KHFG in 2023, he worked as legal counsel at major Russian financial institutions where he managed cross-border disputes and represented plaintiffs in landmark fraud cases. Dmitriy has extensive experience in fraud investigations, international asset recovery, and third-party funding. Dmitriy is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2024) and the Russian Federation (2008).
