Biography
Louise Grégoire earned a dual Bachelor's Degree in Law and Languages Spanish-English and Master’s Degree in European Law from the University of Tours. She also she also received a Master’s Degree from La Sorbonne in North-American and English business law. She received her LLM degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
